Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the precast production plant, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production schedules to meet project delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, automation, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, and WSH requirements across the plant.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, logistics, and engineering departments to address technical or production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and performance KPIs.
• Manage training, safety, and performance appraisals of production personnel.

· Manage and monitor stock levels of raw materials, hardware, cast-in items, and sundry items; ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team to oversee and implement scheduled maintenance activities effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or construction production, with at least 5 years in precast concrete or large-scale construction production management.
• Skills: Strong operational leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Software: Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning tools, and Microsoft Office.
