Production Manager

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• East Region

• 5 Days, Monday to Friday

• Up to $7000 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Participate in production daily meeting to discuss production results, forecast, materials status, production plans, corrective and preventive actions.

• Work with manufacturing manager to develop training strategies and foster staff teamwork.

• Provide training to team leaders and operators and report any safety issues.

• Comply with the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards.

• Meet supervisors at the start of the shift to establish priorities and production strategies.

• Responsible to achieve production targets and quality standards.

• Work with different departments to resolve any issues that may affect production.

• Continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance flexibility and efficiency.

• Identify tools or equipment that need replacement or supply.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to carry out maintenance plans for calibrating and certifying equipment tools.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering.

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in the Manufacturing industry.
