Job description

We offer attractive benefits such as 5 days week, Flexible Work Arrangement, AWS/Completion Bonus, Variable Bonus etc. to successful candidate.

Job Description:

1. Quality Control Management

  • Conduct rigorous inspection and validation of incoming components (e.g., sensors, microcontrollers, communication modules) and outgoing finished products to meet functional and safety standards. It includes testing against performance criteria such as response time, communication protocol accuracy (BACnet, Modbus), and compatibility with building management systems.

  • Ensuring adherence to BOM, Gerber files, and regulatory standards is critical due to the highly technical and compliance-driven nature of DDCs and security systems.
    Qualifications of new suppliers.

2. Planning Management

  • Detailed scheduling of component sourcing, PCB assembly, firmware flashing, and functional testing. It also involves maintaining specialized test jigs and diagnostic tools designed for automation and security controller boards.

  • Knowledge of controller lifecycle stages—development, testing, deployment—is essential to optimize production resources and ensure timely delivery, especially for project-based deployment in buildings.

3. Establishment of Production Management System According to Business Plan

  • Able to develop a structured system for handling the production workflow of DDCs and Security Controllers—covering procurement of specialized components, production procedures, calibration processes, and final inspection stages.

  • Experience in the manufacturing of digital control electronics to create documentation, work instructions, and escalation processes that are aligned with the highly specialized requirements of automated building control and security systems.

4. Strategy and Production Plan Formulation

  • Formulating strategies for DDC/Security Controller production includes analyzing market trends (e.g., smart buildings, IoT integration), planning new model rollouts, aligning with technology roadmaps (e.g., cybersecurity updates in controllers), and ensuring scalable production capabilities.

  • Experience with these product types helps ensure that production capacity, quality targets, and lead times are balanced efficiently.

5. Personnel Management

  • Effective personnel management is required in building and managing a team with skills in electronics assembly, controller firmware testing/downloading, diagnostics, and rework.

  • Ability to train and assess technicians on controller-specific testing protocols (e.g., control logic simulation, protocol verification) is vital to maintain consistency in quality and performance.

6. Data Analysis Management

  • Monitoring failure rates, identifying root causes (e.g., component failure, firmware glitches), and tracking trends in performance metrics. Familiarity with production analytics specific to control systems allows better transparency and faster troubleshooting, leading to improved quality and reduced costs.

7. Support on the Establishment and Qualification of New Products

  • Developing and qualifying new DDC or Security Controller models involves prototype evaluation, stress testing, firmware validation, and compliance testing.

  • Experience in this field enables the engineer or manager to collaborate effectively with R&D teams, guide pilot production runs, and ensure the new models meet operational requirements in real-world installations.

8. Responsible for the Department ISO Compliance and Audits from Third-Party Stakeholders

  • Leads the ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and may involve additional standards such as ISO 27001 (Information Security) or ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), especially when integrated with BMS.

  • Experience in leading ISO audits in electronic manufacturing environments ensures the ability to maintain certifications, meet stakeholder requirements, and pass audits with confidence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification Level : Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent Bachelor's Degree.

  • At least 10 years working experience in electronic manufacturing.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in ISO internal audit experience.

  • At least 2 years working experience in electronics assembling work
