Production Manager

Meat Co. is a premium Butchery Brand that services both the retail and Restaurant Hotel sectors. Established in 2001 with the vision to produce high-quality meat products with a relentless pursuit of butchery excellence. From customer-facing to back-end operation staff, we are a passionate team of individuals. Currently, we are seeking new members to join our team. We have positions currently open in the Production department at our Boon Lay Meat Processing Facility.

Job Description & Requirements

• Deli and charcuterie specialist in producing bacon, cooked and processed meats, etc.
• Manage various production teams and the production schedule.
• Maintain and improve product standards, consistency, and factory hygiene.
• Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines, and ISO regulations.
• Ensure product batch labels are accurate.
• Handle daily ad hoc tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements

• Work with an open mind and have the flexibility to shift tasks and re-prioritize under different circumstances.
• Be an independent and motivated individual who excels in working as a team.
• Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete tasks on hand.
• High attention to quality, details, and specification requirements of products.
• Relevant working experience in food/meat companies is a must.
• 5.5 days/week.
