Responsibilities:
To attend site meetings
Provide overall support and co-ordination efforts to customer in the progress of the project and ensure successful project delivery and completion to the satisfaction of customer.
Provide supports to all departments
Co-ordinate with customer and all departments on all submissions and follow-up with the approval of these submissions.
Co-ordinate on customer's requests and complaints and to be responsible for the defects rectification works.
Initiate weekly customer's complaint report to ensure that the complaints are properly and efficiently deal with.
Preparation of weekly project progress report.
Supervision of daily construction activities and daily monitoring of the workers and subcontractors progress
Requirements:
Good project management & site coordination skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Team player, proactive & able to work independently
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Precast is required for this position
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent)
