Job summary

ROYAL INSIGNIA PTE LTD is seeking a Head of Operations and Production to coordinate day-to-day production activities and schedules in Singapore. You will liaise with Operations Executives to ensure achievable timelines and efficient throughput across all stages.

You will oversee the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods, including QC, resources allocation, and delivery, while implementing proactive maintenance and ensuring workplace safety and health compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Supply-chain Management or Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience.
• Prior managerial experience of 2 years would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Operations Executives to plan daily production.
• Oversee production from raw materials to finished goods, including QC and delivery.
• Coordinate across departments for seamless production.
• Present clear, updated information on work orders stages.
• Manage trials for new manufacturing processes.
• Implement preventive maintenance to keep factory equipment well maintained.

Job description

The Head of Operations and Production supports the coordination of day-to-day production operations and schedules.He/she collates and analyses production and budget data, resolves production-related issues and oversees workplace safety and health compliance for his assigned production area.

Job Description

1. Liaise with Operations Executives to manage daily production planning and scheduling, ensuring that the timeline set is achievable and met
2. Oversee and manage the entire production process of creating Royal Insignia Products, from raw materials to finished goods (I.e. Supply Chain, QC, Resources Allocation, Delivery/Shipment)
3. Focus on all aspects of the production process, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
4. Present clear, visible, accurate, and updated information on the various stages of workorders
5. Manage the implementation and conduct of trials for new product manufacturing processes
6. Implement proactive maintenance strategies. To be overall-in-charge in ensuring all equipment in the factory is well maintained

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Supply-chain Management or Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience
• Prior experience in a managerial role for at least 2 years would be an advantage
