Production Planning and Scheduling
Arrangement of weekly plan for production schedule
Ability to coordinate and motivate the team, and delegate the task effectively
Coordinate with the purchasing for all the raw materials and able to optimize the inventory status
Report and Equipment Maintenance
Prepare the daily production report documentation
Regular check and analyze the performance of all the machine
Quality Control and Safety and Hygiene
Ensures to comply with all the food safety regulations and maintaining hygienic condition in production area
Implement quality control procedures
Team Leadership and Management
Managing the team with a good communication and implement standard solution efficiently
