Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a shift supervisor to run the production shift, manage people, and ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, maximizing equipment utilization, and driving continuous improvements in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing; semiconductor/electronics/cleanroom environment preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑handling skills.
• Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment including rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift: manage people, execute the production plan, and ensure safety, quality and output targets in real time.
• Meet production targets, optimize WIP linearity and maximize equipment capacity.
• Raise yield awareness and improve overall fab yield.
• Foster disciplined, productive workforce with effective manpower allocation.
• Lead improvement activities and ensure cost‑reduction adherence.

YOUR ROLE

You are responsible for running the shift: managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Diploma or degree inEngineering,Industrial/Manufacturing,Electronics,Mechanical, or related technical field.
