What’s The Role
As a Production & Logistics Executive, your purpose is to:
- Coordinate with Production, Planning & Logistics, and Quality teams to plan,
- Implement operational support for Production Inventory data management,
- Keep track of logistics inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling and movement, and
- Monitor and identify production-related consumables, responsible for end-to-end sourcing and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your principal accountabilities will include:
- Providing direct support to both Filling Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor regarding:
- Inventory stock count program management
- Inventory data consolidation and GSAP system uploads
- Vehicle movements including inbound and outbound
- Preparation of reports for authorities/companies, including Waste, Energy, Training
- Overtime scheduling and data verification for production/logistics operations
- Deputy GSAP processing/administration support in the absence of supervisors
- Collaborating with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to plan and implement improvements
- Serving as the focal point for people programs such as HSSE, Festive, Recognition, and other events
- Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors

- Interfacing effectively with various stakeholders, especially frontline contractors
- Having strong business acumen with a cost-effectiveness mindset
- Delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially vehicle movements
- Identifying optimal options for the company’s interests with minimal supervision under lean resources
What You Bring
We are keen to speak with candidates who possess:
- Strong communication skills across organizational levels
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in production inventory, logistics, contracts, and procurement management
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and inventory/source modules
- Attention to detail and high organization skills
- Basic experience with production and logistics operations
- Willingness to pursue process improvements proactively
