What’s The Role

As a Production & Logistics Executive, your purpose is to:

• Coordinate with Production, Planning & Logistics, and Quality teams to plan,
• Implement operational support for Production Inventory data management,
• Keep track of logistics inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling and movement, and
• Monitor and identify production-related consumables, responsible for end-to-end sourcing and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your principal accountabilities will include:

• Providing direct support to both Filling Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor regarding:
• Inventory stock count program management
• Inventory data consolidation and GSAP system uploads
• Vehicle movements including inbound and outbound
• Preparation of reports for authorities/companies, including Waste, Energy, Training
• Overtime scheduling and data verification for production/logistics operations
• Deputy GSAP processing/administration support in the absence of supervisors
• Collaborating with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to plan and implement improvements
• Serving as the focal point for people programs such as HSSE, Festive, Recognition, and other events
• Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially vehicle movements
