Job summary
MYFIRST TECH ASIA PTE. LTD. is looking for assembly workers in Singapore to join their manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly of consumer electronic products following SOPs.
- Conduct basic functional tests and quality inspections during assembly.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assembly Work
Perform manual assembly of consumer electronic products such as smart devices, wearables, or IoT gadgets following SOPs and work instructions.
Handle small components like PCBA, batteries, casings, connectors, and screens with care and precision. - Soldering (Preferred)
Carry out basic to intermediate soldering tasks for electronic parts and wires (if trained or experienced).
Inspect solder joints and rework if needed to meet quality standards. - Inspection & Testing
Conduct basic functional tests using jigs and fixtures as instructed.
Identify and report any defects, abnormalities, or misalignments during assembly. - Product Handling & Safety
Follow proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures when handling sensitive electronic parts.
Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of all materials and tools. - Productivity & Quality Focus
Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities on the line. - Team Collaboration
Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
Communicate issues promptly with the line leader or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; technical school background is a plus
- Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Soldering experience is a strong advantage (training can be provided)
- Able to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Willing to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of English and ability to follow instructions
Schedule:
- Day shift
- 5.5 days per week
