Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an Assembly Operator Lead to supervise a production team in a technology manufacturing setting. You will coordinate daily targets, ensure quality assembly, and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes leading under ISO standards, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement, with a 4-day work week and Sunday off, plus shift allowances and transport/meals support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of team lead/supervisor experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or assembly environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure products are assembled to quality, safety, and process standards.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and productivity levels.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, work instructions and safety rules.
• Prepare production reports and update management on progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.
