Qualifications

Ability to read basic engineering drawings for material preparation.
Proficiency with Excel for data organization and dashboards.
Familiarity with 6S/5S and precision machining workflows.

Responsibilities

Scan job travelers and update department transfers in ERP to maintain WIP visibility.
Coordinate handoffs of completed jobs between departments to ensure workflow.
Assist in monitoring daily production flow and resolving bottlenecks.
Group repeat orders and provide live updates for queue management.
Organize raw material storage locations for easy access.
Prepare and cut raw materials according to drawings.
Collect process cycle-time data for operations like deburring, buffing, grinding, and milling.
Organize data in Excel to support productivity analysis.
Maintain 6S standards on the production floor.
