Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring processes, and meeting production targets
Implement stringent quality control measures (e.g. HACCP), conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Lead and motivate production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
Collaborate with the team to develop schedules, optimize resources, and minimize waste
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence
Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory, coordinate with procurement for timely supplies
Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issues
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and provide updates on performance to management
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience within the food manufacturing sector
Knowledgeable about ISO 22000/HACCP standards and Safety & Environmental regulations
Good communication and planning skills
Demonstrated abilities in supervision, problem-solving, and a positive team-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri - 8:00 to 19:00
Sat (Alternate) - 8:00 to 12:00
