Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring processes, and meeting production targets
  • Implement stringent quality control measures (e.g. HACCP), conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Lead and motivate production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with the team to develop schedules, optimize resources, and minimize waste
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence
  • Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory, coordinate with procurement for timely supplies
  • Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issues
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and provide updates on performance to management

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience within the food manufacturing sector
  • Knowledgeable about ISO 22000/HACCP standards and Safety & Environmental regulations
  • Good communication and planning skills
  • Demonstrated abilities in supervision, problem-solving, and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri - 8:00 to 19:00
  • Sat (Alternate) - 8:00 to 12:00
