Job summary

An established industry player in beverage manufacturing is seeking a Production Executive to oversee all aspects of production operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that production meets specifications, costs, and quality standards while optimizing the use of manpower and machinery. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ISO, HALAL standards, food safety, GMP, and HACCP.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, direct and control all aspects of production operations.
  • To meet specifications, costs, delivery and quality expectations.
  • To attain optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
  • Ensure processes are in accordance to requirements and standards.
  • Plan production schedule and prepare weekly reports of stock count.
  • Trouble shoot discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Provide staff training.
  • Work with all personnel in relation to production.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Food Science/Food Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, HALAL standard, food safety, GMP and HACCP.
  • Analytical and good in trouble shooting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
