Job description

• Supervisory Role

• Manufacturing (Medical Device)

• Basic $3500 to $4800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Annual Leave: 18 days

• Working location: West Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

PRODUCTION CONTROL

• Work with Planner to organize manufacturing processes to meet production schedules and customer demands.

• Manage production line's yield and quality to optimize manufacturing operations.

• Ensure line personnel are complying strictly to the established SOP and ISO standards.

• Establish safety protocols and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.

RESOURCE HANDLING

• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment and materials to achieve production targets.

• Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted and proper functioning of machinery on each production day.

• Manage leaders and workers attendance, discipline and performance.

INVENTORY CONTROL

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.

• Work with warehouse staff on inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs and avoid stockouts.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse workforce to work cohesively toward common goals.

• Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

REPORTING AND KPI

• Report daily/monthly line's yield/rejects and monthly KPI performance.

• Work with R&D Engineer in collecting data for trial run/test.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

• 2 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Environment
