Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing engineering, or medical device manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485, GMP, process validation, or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to ensure stable, compliant production operations.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling and assembly issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive yield, productivity, cycle time and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and process validation activities.
• Support engineering changes, ramp-up, capacity planning, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tooling and customers to resolve issues.
