Job Description:
  1. Plan, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, cost, and delivery.
  2. Design efficient plant layouts, workflows, and production setups.
  3. Analyze production methods and apply engineering techniques to optimize output.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, design, and QA) to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
  5. Lead new equipment and process validation, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, cycle time reduction, yield improvement).
  7. Conduct time studies and cost estimations for production planning.
  8. Maintain process documentation and provide training for new technologies.
  9. Ensure compliance with EHS and CSER policies and support safety initiatives.
  10. Support maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment when necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Technical knowledge of PCBA and / or System box build.
  2. Able to read and understand 2D drawings, schematics for components.
  3. English speaking - other languages desirable.
  4. PC Literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
  5. CAD system basics.
  6. Good technical and commercial communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment and work well with all internal functional areas, customers, and suppliers.
  8. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Other relevant fields).
