Job summary

ST Engineering Group in Singapore is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee aircraft engine component repair operations. You will head a team of service engineers and technicians, drive productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while implementing digitalization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
Experience in aircraft engine component repair operations is an advantage.
Proven leadership and ability to drive results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage component repair operations and lead a team of service engineers and technicians.
Drive productivity, quality, safety and on-time delivery metrics (TAT, OTD).
Allocate manpower and resources to maximize outputs.
Lead continuous improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives.
Interface with customers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Support, PP&C, Engineering).
Ensure compliance with airworthiness authorities and OEMs.
Promote safety culture and EH&S initiatives.
