Job Responsibilities & Authorities:
Lead and oversee all technical support activities.
Perform equipment and process qualifications as required.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment/machine manuals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Coordinate with the Production team on the implementation of machine and facility layout installations.
Manage and supervise technical staff effectively.
Plan, assess, and execute technical/engineering projects focused on cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in basic technical troubleshooting, with supervisory and team management skills.
Strong communication, analytical, presentation, negotiation, leadership, and project management abilities.
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
