Responsibilities:
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to effectively execute job orders
- Monitor the execution of the production plan and promptly resolve any issues that arise
- Track production progress and ensure final products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Manager for timely resolution
- Analyze backlogs, current and incoming orders to prioritize and schedule production operations accordingly
- Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to coordinate activities and improve production runtime
- Adhere to company standards and production policies to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in both manual and CNC machining processes
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
