Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to effectively execute job orders
  • Monitor the execution of the production plan and promptly resolve any issues that arise
  • Track production progress and ensure final products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Manager for timely resolution
  • Analyze backlogs, current and incoming orders to prioritize and schedule production operations accordingly
  • Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to coordinate activities and improve production runtime
  • Adhere to company standards and production policies to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in both manual and CNC machining processes
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
  • Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is essential
  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
