1. Design & Development for Special/New Product

2. Claim Handling -Investigate and response to customer claim

3. Conduct Functional & Life Testing

4. Involve in Production rationalization & SDG projects

5. Global Supplier Expansion – Evaluation and qualification of supplier, parts, process

6. Install & Commissioning of production facilities

7. Improvement Project Work:

• Study, propose, and implement projects.

• Rationalize processes and facilities for improve efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.

• Set up new processes or facilities.

• Design and build facilities.

Job Requirements

1. Technical Skills:

· Passion for mechanical automation technology.

· Strong technical inclination, including understanding system design and working principles.

· Hands-on approach – willing to engage in practical work, not just desk-based tasks.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a related engineering field.

· Preferably possesses knowledge in CAD, PLC, Machine Vision, and Robotics.

2. Personality Traits:

· Committed and self-initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Creative problem solver, thinking innovatively to address challenges.

· Curious with a thirst for knowledge, willing to refer to manuals and undertake self-study.
