Job summary

ATC COATING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance professional to join our Singapore operations. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with plating specifications, QMS maintenance, and internal auditing.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer specifications, conducting quarterly audits, training staff, and translating specifications into work instructions and SOPs, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
• To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
• Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
• Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Translate customers' specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
• Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
• Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
• Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective
