1. Design & Development for Special/New Product
2. Claim Handling - Investigate and respond to customer claims
3. Conduct Functional & Life Testing
4. Involve in Production rationalization & SDG projects
5. Global Supplier Expansion – Evaluation and qualification of supplier, parts, process
6. Install & Commissioning of production facilities
7. Improvement Project Work:

• Study, propose, and implement projects.
• Rationalize processes and facilities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
• Set up new processes or facilities.
• Design and build facilities.

Job Requirements

1. Technical Skills:

• Passion for mechanical automation technology.
• Strong technical inclination, including understanding system design and working principles.
• Hands-on approach – willing to engage in practical work, not just desk-based tasks.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Preferably possesses knowledge in CAD, PLC, Machine Vision, and Robotics.
