• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations promptly to minimize downtime.
• Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Hands-On Daily Activities:
• Actively participate in day-to-day production operations, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Take over production responsibilities in the absence of operators to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment.
• Production Management During Operator Absence:
• Operate production machinery and ensure processes run smoothly when operators are unavailable.
• Monitor production parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare daily and weekly production performance reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of production metrics.
• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations during production activities.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams.
