Job summary

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent; diploma/bachelor preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in electronic devices production assembly.
• Strong technical, disciplined, and creative with integrity; good teamwork; able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily failure analysis on production rejects.
• Set up and operate production machines per instructions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on machines.
• Update downtime reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and tests.
• Monitor cycle time measurements and production yield.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and environmental initiatives.
