Production Day Supervisor (Jurong Island)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, receiving, inspecting, and managing all incoming raw materials, utilities and other supplies, and outgoing waste materials.
• Well versed in operation of business process software like SAP system, and accountable for system posting and inventory and yield management of production activities.
• Be competent in actual plant operation, and support and assist the shift supervisors and production technicians in the production.
• Work with Production Day team on Transition and shutdown maintenance planning.
• Lead safety activities for PPE, 5S, KY and other safety exercise for technicians.
• Support the orientation, training and supervision and evaluation of newly employed and existing production personnel according to the Total Company Training Plan and production demands.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead people in a supervision or lead role.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Chemical / Petrochemical Plant experience.
• Minimum 10 years polymer or petrochemical plant experience.
