A leading company in advanced material engineering seeks an Administrative Assistant to manage records, schedule meetings, and operate essential systems like SAP. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills and familiarity with SAP, contributing to efficient department operations.
Job Description:
Perform administrative works which include keeping records, filing, typing of reports, answering telephone calls, etc.
Organize and schedule meetings and events.
Operate company SAP system and the RSAF Enterprise System (ES) system to transact AGE details for spares demands, work services, Purchase Requisition, etc.
Other administrative works as dictated by the Head of Department
Job Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft Powerpoint, Words and Excel.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred
