What You Will Do:
Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders .
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports.
Lead, manage and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators / Technicians in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets and overall Operation Goals – Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout Shipment plan
WIP and Tool Management – WIP Balancing, Held and Queue lots Management, manage equipment PM, capacity and constraint
Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus
Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel
Ensure proper documentation and continuously updating manufacturing Standard Operation Procedure
Engage support groups like IE and Engineering to ensure accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
Engage CIM, AMHS, and MFG Systems team for system improvement
Drive quality and productivity improvement projects
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience in production control, preferably in a wafer fab / Electronics / Electrical industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
