Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is looking for a production assistant to help with daily activities such as butchering and packing. The role requires teamwork, good communication skills, and physical fitness, along with the ability to work early mornings and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to start work early at 4am.
• Availability to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willingness to work in an air-conditioned environment below 15 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Assist production in activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, and packing.
• Ensure daily production targets and food hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

- Assist production in day-to-day activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, packing and kitchen work

- Ensure overall daily production targets are met.

- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of premises.

- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and complied.

- Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Able to start work early during peak periods (i.e. 4am)

- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (Overtime may be required)

- 6 days work week (Off on weekday)

- Must be physically fit

- Able to work in air conditioned environment (Below 15 degree)

- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills

- Able to work at East Area (Bedok North)
