Job summary

SYNERGYCHEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a production technician to operate and monitor production machines, ensuring 5S compliance on the floor and performing routine maintenance.

You will troubleshoot minor faults, assist with setup, and conduct quality checks to uphold product standards. The role requires secondary education or an appropriate technical certificate, with the ability to follow SOPs and work in shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

• Completed at least Secondary Education or equivalent; technical certificate (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering Trade/NTC, TVET) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and mechanical / electrical / industrial maintenance principles.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
• Good troubleshooting skills for minor machine faults.
• Physically fit; able to do standing, lifting, bending, and moving equipment safely.
• Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious mindset.
• Working hours in shifts are required.
