Job description

1. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Manage product packing and coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with customers, partners, and distributors across Southeast Asia.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant international shipments.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and incoming orders.
• Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to overseas offices and warehouse locations.

2. Production Support

• Perform end-to-end kit production: assembly of components, bead preparation, labeling, packaging, sealing, and boxing.
• Maintain and organize production logs, lot numbers, and shelf-life tracking.
• Conduct routine quality control checks during and after production runs.

3. Operational Support

• Track and manage laboratory consumables, test kit component inventories, and manufacturing timelines.
• Support internal team requests related to the preparation of demo kits and exhibition materials.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to adjust supply plans in line with forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with procurement of materials for product production and R&D purposes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory is a plus.
