A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to assist in verifying job completions and managing office tasks. The role offers working hours from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and additional benefits. Job Highlights
Work Location: Changi North
Work Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:48 PM
Salary Range: Up to $3,000

Key Responsibilities
Support planners in rectifying work order variances
Assist buyers in verifying completed jobs and acknowledging delivery/job completion orders
Print and prepare job routers for production use
Provide administrative support for employee events and activities
Perform general office admin duties (filing, data entry, document coordination)
Other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
