Job description

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Admin Coordinator to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Production Admin Coordinator
  • Location: West (Direct bus from Boon Lay MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Production staff on clients’ orders by issuing batch forms and preparing manufacturing-related documents such as labels, labeling instructions, and batch forms.
  • Prepare and provide Halal-related documentation (e.g. Halal statements and certificates) to clients as required.
  • Handle procurement, allocation, verification, and depletion of raw materials needed for production orders.
  • Process sample requests and issue sample batch forms to the Production team.
  • Maintain inventory control, including updating records for purchase order receipts and tracking incoming stock gains.
  • Provide support in Inventory and Purchasing functions during the absence of the Assistant Manager (Purchasing and Admin).
  • Participate in annual stock take activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or its related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate.
