About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Technician to join our team and support the smooth delivery and servicing of our products. This role is key in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products after purchase and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site product servicing and troubleshooting for customers (e.g. bathroom & kitchen fixtures).
• Respond to and resolve after-sales product issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct basic installation adjustments or replacements when needed
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and accurate product deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of service cases, replacements, and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring product concerns or technical issues
• Support testing and quality checks on returned or repaired items.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical, maintenance, or servicing role preferred.
• Familiar with basic plumbing or hardware installation is an advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams.
• Physically fit and comfortable with handling product deliveries when required.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
