About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth, design-forward technology company building cutting-edge productivity solutions for global users. They are expanding their reach into the education sector and are looking for a Product Team Lead to spearhead the development of a new classroom-focused digital platform.

This role is ideal for an experienced product leader passionate about the intersection of technology and education, with a proven track record in building scalable B2C or B2B2C software products. You will work closely with the executive leadership and lead a talented, multidisciplinary team to shape the future of learning and teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for a next-generation classroom collaboration tool
• Lead a cross-functional team including product designers, engineers, and educators
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Microsoft) to ensure seamless product integration and maximize distribution
• Generate and prioritize product insights from user research, data, and market feedback
• Own the product roadmap and guide the team through discovery, development, and delivery
• Conduct regular user testing and feedback loops with teachers and students to ensure product-market fit
• Represent the product at academic and technology conferences to share key differentiators
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and QA teams to drive product adoption and engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in software product management, ideally with at least 2–3 years in the education or EdTech sector
• Proven ability to scale a product from early-stage (0 1) to mass adoption (100+)
• Solid technical fluency — you’re not an engineer, but you can speak their language and make informed decisions
• Experience with product-led growth and working with large active user bases (500k+ DAUs)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a bias for execution
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to rally teams across disciplines
• Confident communicator and storyteller; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
• Prior experience managing P&L is a plus
• Global mindset and familiarity with education systems in various countries is a bonus
