Product Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Managers in managing IVS, Cloud UC, Voice, DLLC and ELL services.
• Manage and execute monthly settlement with partners and ensure settlement is correct and timely.
• Track, update, and report on Operational Expenses.
• Track and match drivers, adds, and churns against finance reports.
• Prepare monthly reporting for Product Managers and reports for regulatory submission.
• Prepare monthly invoices, accruals, and journals for VASes, and partners.
• Customer base & data analysis for specific projects.
• Track and match monthly COS claims on equipment bundles.
• Administrative support and asset sightings.
• Periodic update of website and intranet on product info.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with partners.
• Prepare and support for Annual Operation Planning.
• Support Product Managers in process enhancement and digitalization.
• Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks, managing dependencies and handoffs effectively and optimizing schedules.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Product Manager and/or Director.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably with 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Product management and/or Solutions experience in Voice/UC, and telco services.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient with basic desktop tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Familiar with collaboration tools: MS Teams, Sharepoint.
