Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory (PS&R) Specialist to support the Water Solutions business in ASEAN, ensuring regulatory compliance and product stewardship across the lifecycle of RO, NF, UF membranes, ion exchange resins, and related products.

The role partners with business, technical, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate teams to address regulatory requirements, certifications, risk management, and new product introductions in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or Materials Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, product safety, environmental compliance, product certifications, or a related field in a global manufacturing, chemical, materials, or water technology organization.
• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory or certification requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support product stewardship and regulatory compliance activities for assigned product lines and applications.
• Monitor regulatory developments, certification requirements, and industry standards and communicate potential impacts to the business.
• Support maintenance of drinking water, food contact, and other product certifications and approvals.
• Participate in Product Stewardship Reviews for new products, product modifications, and new applications.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory, certification, and compliance documentation to support customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide product stewardship and regulatory support to commercial, technical, manufacturing, and product management teams.
• Support resolution of customer inquiries, compliance issues, and product stewardship concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PS&R processes, tools, training, and documentation.

As a Product Stewardship & Regulatory (PS&R) Specialist, you will supports the Water Solutions business in ASEAN by helping ensure products meet applicable regulatory, certification, and product stewardship requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

This role partners with business, technical, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate teams to support regulatory compliance, product certifications, risk management activities, and new product commercialization.

The Water Solutions portfolio includes Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), and Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, as well as Ion Exchange Resins (IER), used in drinking water, food and beverage, industrial, municipal, life sciences, and specialty applications.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Support product stewardship and regulatory compliance activities for assigned product lines and applications.

• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory or certification requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.
• Independent, ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced business environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while effectively seeking guidance when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience with water treatment technologies, including membrane filtration and/or ion exchange products.
• Knowledge of drinking water, food contact, chemical control, or environmental regulations.
• Experience supporting product certifications, regulatory submissions, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product labeling, and hazard communication programs.
