Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Location: Raffles Place

Salary: Starting from $2800 + commission!

Job Description:

• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operationalstandards;

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling andup-selling;

• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries withconfidence;

• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketingactivities;

• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurancestandards;

• Liaise with internal departments on policyfulfillment.

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate therisks.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and writtenskills

• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholderinteractions

• Strong persuasion and negotiationskills

• Patient and resilient to handle rejection andobjections

• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
