Key Responsibilities
  • Support in operating theatres during procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and verify the completeness of surgical instruments and implants prior to each operation.
  • Provide expert technical assistance during surgeries to ensure proper device usage and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams.
  • Conduct product presentations, hands-on workshops, and educational sessions for clinical professionals.
  • Liaise with sales and logistics departments to ensure timely support and product readiness for scheduled cases.
  • Gather clinical insights and relay feedback to management for product refinement and innovation.
  • Accurately document case support activities and submit detailed post-operative reports without delay.
  • Adhere to all hospital protocols and company compliance standards.
Requirements
