Position: Product Specialist – Sample Preparation (Proteomics Workflow)
Location: Singapore (Full-time, on-site)

Job Scope

We are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to support and expand our sample preparation solution portfolio in mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows, with a focus on Thermo Fisher’s Pierce products. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and regional support, and is ideal for someone passionate about proteomics and eager to grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert on sample preparation solutions for proteomics workflows
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and the sales team across Southeast Asia
• Deliver product training, demos, seminars, and workshops to internal teams and external clients
• Support the adoption and implementation of Pierce sample preparation products in customer workflows
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve regional goals
• Identify and act on market opportunities to grow product visibility and usage
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in proteomics and life sciences
• Maintain a customer-first approach with a strong focus on solution-based support

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Proteomics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with proteomics workflows and sample preparation for mass spectrometry
• Familiarity with Thermo Fisher Pierce sample prep solutions is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support, product specialist, or application scientist role preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Ability and willingness to travel across the Southeast Asia region for customer engagement and support
