Job Description
Role Responsibilities
  1. Conduct customer discovery using curiosity and empathy to develop a strategic direction for a technology domain that aligns with our goals, tech roadmap, and customer goals.
  2. Gather and summarize market information, customer personas, technology trends, competitive research, and evolving customer requirements to identify product enhancements and new opportunities for platform/product improvements.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Engagement teams to lead a vision for your product/features using inquiry-based innovation methods.
  4. Lead the complete product development lifecycle in an agile environment, managing priorities and developing an adaptable, data-driven product roadmap, following the disciplined Common Product Development (CPD) process.
  5. Translate the technology vision and roadmap into product programs, including functional needs, supported use cases, workflows, and success criteria.
  6. Develop forecasts and launch plans for next-generation products to meet time-to-market goals, balancing return on investment, and determine pricing strategy, product margin, and commercial launch plan.
  7. Create and manage product success metrics that are easily understood, and develop action plans to show progress against priority metrics.
  8. Perform P&L responsibilities through growth plans, provide high-level customer service, and lifecycle management. Collaborate across functions and partners to deliver and improve solutions-oriented marketing.
  9. Report to the Business Manager and support the achievement of business goals and objectives.
  10. Manage the product line responsibility; note that there are no direct reports for this role.
What We Are Looking For

  4. Ability to synthesize information and feedback from various sources into relevant insights and product requirements.
  5. Knowledge of XaaS, customer journey mapping, and cloud-native products for engaging with Engineering and other teams.
  6. A customer advocate committed to excellence in strategy, planning, and execution.
  7. Strong communication skills and advocacy for technology and product vision.
  8. Team player with collaboration skills, comfortable working across departments to ensure success.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical fields, or equivalent industry experience.
  10. We value a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is respected.
