About the Role:

As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in their success and satisfaction with PriceLabs. Your work will directly impact customer retention and satisfaction, setting new standards in support and service.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in the B2B SaaS industry, with potential to transition into departments like Data Science, Sales & Success, or Marketing.

This is a night shift position: 6 PM to 2:30 AM IST, any five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning customer issues from report to resolution.
  2. Conducting product walkthroughs and resolving customer queries.
  3. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
  4. Providing prompt and accurate feedback.
  5. Recording and closing all issues properly.
  6. Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live video calls.
  7. Going above and beyond to assist customers.
About You:
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a start-up or customer support role.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with math-heavy products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with databases (including SQL), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zohodesk or similar software.
