PriceLabs is seeking a Product Specialist for their remote role, focusing on customer support and success. As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in their success and satisfaction with PriceLabs. Your work will directly impact customer retention and satisfaction, setting new standards in support and service.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in the B2B SaaS industry, with potential to transition into departments like Data Science, Sales & Success, or Marketing.
This is a night shift position: 6 PM to 2:30 AM IST, any five days a week.
