Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive sales for a range of diagnostics products in the ethical/hospital/specialist sales channel with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Support and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
Achieve call frequency targets and consistently meet or exceed top-line sales targets in the assigned territory(ies) through solution selling methodologies.
Represent the company at medical events, symposiums, or conferences to promote pharmaceutical products during weekdays/weekends when necessary.
Conduct or assist in conducting online meetings and digital engagements such as webinars, virtual discussions, and e-detailing.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Degree/Diploma with relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong presentation and territorial management skills.
Positive disposition and customer service-oriented mindset.
Experience in managing Private & Public Hospitals and Laboratory environment will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
Demonstrates a can-do attitude, resilience when faced with challenges, and innovative thinking in applying solution selling methodologies.
