Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders by building trust and credibility.
  • Support product usage and provide technical guidance to doctors.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations to customers.
  • Organize and conduct talks in medical departments.
  • Organize and conduct hospital level talks.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for both product and territory.
  • Consistently track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations. To also follow through on the overall purchasing process.
  • Consistently update competitors' information including organizational chart, new product launch, business strategy and business alliances.
  • Development of territorial action plan and execution of the plan.
  • Planning weekly/monthly sales activities.
  • Identify red Flags with account, handling objections, identifying influencers.

Functional Skills

  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience in doing or supporting medical devices cases
  • Experience in private and public hospital/clinic environment in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of the medical device environment and its decision makers stakeholders
  • Proven capabilities in selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to purchasers and end users.
  • Experience in product training and marketing activities is an advantage.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Job requirements

  • Entry level with relevant University field welcomed
  • Sales experience in medical device industry preferred
  • Comfortable with being on-call on after working hours/weekends.
