Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage every step of product development from Ideation to launch.

Keep abreast of the latest ingredient and formula technology in skin care and demonstrate knowledge to recognize key ingredients,

functionality that can drive added value into the product.

Work collaboratively with the manufacturers to ensure development and delivery of new products; including safety, formula stability, sensorial, etc.

Working cross-functionality with internal departments to ensure products are developed in time to be launched.

Assist in writing product information to provide the story/science behind the key ingredients, product benefits, and supporting claims.

Conduct product training to relevant departments to ensure a good understanding of products to support business hitting targets.

Coordinate and facilitate product testing with third-party laboratory services including; safety, clinical, and claims efficacy testing in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Handle product registration preparation with HSA & NPRA.

Monthly planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required

At least 2 years of experience in Skin Care Product Development or Marketing the absence of a Product Development or Marketing

Background may be overcome by pertinent business experience in the beauty industry

Proficiency in PowerPoint

Creative ability and strong skills in the ability to communicate product understanding
