Job Summary:

As the leader of your territory, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a strategic business plan to achieve company objectives. You will drive sales growth by engaging with healthcare professionals, ensuring our products are effectively promoted and prescribed. You will measure, track, and analyze performance in your geographical area and present business plans regularly to senior leadership. Your ability to build strong relationships and adapt to customer needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with national sales goals and marketing strategies.

  • Achieve sales targets and milestones within your assigned territory by promoting our products to healthcare practitioners (HCPs) including specialists, GPs, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.

  • Continuously analyze territory performance, adjusting action plans to maximize opportunities and address challenges.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with HCPs to drive prescriptions of Compai products.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring tailored action plans to effectively promote products and services.

  • Conduct face-to-face and remote meetings to engage HCPs and discuss product benefits in the context of patient care.

  • Identify and initiate opportunities within accounts to promote our services.

  • Generate leads and actively participate in relevant accounts to grow the business within the territory.

  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure superior customer experience.

  • Participate in sales and marketing activities and represent the company in corporate events.

  • Contribute to educational initiatives aimed at enhancing the knowledge of medical and healthcare staff in hospitals and clinics.

  • Adhere to company procedures, policies, HSE requirements, pharmaceutical industry codes of conduct, and ethical standards.

  • Act with integrity, ensuring decisions and actions align with the company's mission and values.

  • Work closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to team success.

  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to grow within and beyond the current role.

Requirements:
