As the Immunoassay Product Specialist at Diasorin, you will provide scientific and marketing support for company-specific Immunoassay products to internal and external stakeholders within India. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for pre-sales, post-sales, and the execution of marketing activities in the assigned region. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to assist with evaluations, validations, scientific studies, and educational responsibilities related to Immunoassay products. Additionally, you will support the Marketing team by compiling surveys, conducting competition analysis, and gathering market information.Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to organize professional seminars, conferences, and product training in India- Manage customer complaints related to Immunoassay products- Support the sales team in lead generation, technical discussions, and scientific support at customer sites- Conduct customer training, presentations, and hands-on support for validations and evaluations of Immunoassay products- Act as a trusted consultant to loyal customers- Participate in pre-marketing and new product launch activities, including pricing strategies- Gather and consolidate market information to drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction- Work with Technical Support and Quality departments to ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints reporting- Develop and maintain key relationships with Immunoassay and Core Lab stakeholders- Demonstrate a bright and helpful attitude, and the ability to work independently and as a team player- Willingness to travel across India and overseas as neededEducation, Experience, and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Biomedical, or Chemistry/Microbiology is mandatory- Minimum 3 years of experience with Immunoassay in a Clinical Pathology Laboratory is required- Proficiency in Immunoassay analyzers, techniques, and methodology is essential; LCMS/MS experience is beneficial- Postgraduate education (e.g., Masters, PhD) is preferred- Strong knowledge of laboratory processes, quality standards, and workflow- Familiarity with software applications and instrument platforms- Excellent written and verbal English language skills- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel- Passion for Clinical IVD, immunoassay testing, education, and collaborationWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and impact on global healthcarePlease note that this job description outlines the general content and essential functions of the role at Diasorin.
