About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions' goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
  • Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
  • Set up and review new business policies in core system.
  • Provide accurate billing status and quality checks reports.
  • Participate in projects that involve improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure service level commitments are met.
  • Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, agents, brokers and colleagues.
  • Attend to the emails inquiries promptly.
  • Attend to walk-in agents & customers.
  • Any other projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years operations experience in insurance industry, preferably in Group Insurance.
  • Meticulous, good analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process oriented.
