The Job:

The Product Specialist is responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the scientific and medical communities. This position requires a strategic balance between proactive on-site customer visits for engagement and demonstrations, and efficient in-office activities for pipeline management, cold calling, follow-ups, and quotation generation. Success in this role hinges on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit customer sites to deeply understand their unique laboratory requirements and identify opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, whether in-person or virtually
  • Proactively engage potential new clients through cold calling and other lead generation activities from the office
  • Diligently work through and prioritize sales follow-ups via phone and email to effectively close sales to meet assigned sales target
  • Continuously develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge for assigned product portfolio
  • Strategize and implement marketing activities

Qualifications:
