Job description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Product Sales Specialist to join our Award-Winning beauty group that comprises of multiple brands, covering services from hair care to medical aesthetics.

Consumers

  • Understand consumers’ needs and wants, analyze their evolving shopping and buying patterns to increase sales, for both online & offline markets
  • Keep abreast with market/customer trends and anticipate/forecast future trends to make insightful buying decisions, bearing in mind the change/switch in shopping behaviour between online and offline markets
  • Assist in defining product strategies, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches, including preparing launch plans, content, and training materials for internal teams
  • Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of new consumer appliance products, ensuring they meet customer needs, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare product documentation, such as technical specifications, marketing materials, and sales tools.
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing to keep the company competitive in the market.

Product

  • Work closely with relevant internal and external parties on activities to build brand awareness of new products, rejuvenate sales of slow moving products and to drive sales for existing products.
  • Perform regular competitor analysis, both Online + Offline, to generate new ideas, increase intelligence and to determine price points.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising/product category, attained in a fast-paced FMCG or challenging retail environment
  • A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
  • Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data/ information
